Champions League Draw Market Reaction

The draw for the quarter finals took place today as you probably know and we can see below how it impacted on the winners market.

To be fair there was no real notable moves after the draw was made. This is probably due to the incredibly strong line up that we have for the quarter finals this year. The biggest steam move was Real Madrid from 5 into 4.50 after they were drawn against Dortmund who are considered the outsiders in this competition this season, despite them being the team that knocked Real Madrid out last season.

Man Utd backers were victims of the biggest drift with their price almost doubling after being drawn against tournament favourites, Bayern Munich. Bayern moved from 3 into 2.90 to win it and are the clear favourites, however you should back that price at your peril since no team has ever won the champions league two years in a row. You would be a very rich person if you did lay the tournament favourite in the Champions League every year that is for sure!
