Goal Mastery Review – My Early Experience
This is a full Goal Mastery review written by UFT member Raymond who was given early Beta access in exchange for sharing his experiences of doing this course with other members and the community. His thoughts and experiences are his own.

Some background about me…
I am in my 60s, been trading football on and off for 10 years or so now. Have been a member of UFT and especially enjoyed Correct Score Mastery. So this isn’t my first rodeo with one of the UFT courses but i was really excited about this one.
I’m definitely not a pro. I have my profitable months, I have bad periods and I also have times when I take a break from it all and concentrate on other stuff. So keep this in mind when you consider my experience.
This won’t be a typical review where I tell you what is in the program as you can find that out easily elsewhere, this will be a full sharing of my experience of going through it and trading football since.

First thing I noticed…
And so it’s been four weeks now since I was given beta access to Goal Mastery, and I think the biggest change I’ve noticed is just how much I’m looking forward to trading football these days.
Don’t get me wrong, I’ve always enjoyed football trading. You wouldn’t spend hours watching matches and checking Betfair prices if you didn’t get something out of it!
But lately I’ve found myself looking forward to certain evenings and weekends more than I used to. I’ll be checking the fixtures, seeing what matches qualify for the MoneyGoal systems and looking forward to sitting down for a couple of hours to trade them.
I didn’t necessarily expect that when I started. It has really refreshed my outlook on it all.
I thought Goal Mastery would give me some new strategies for the Over/Under markets, hopefully a few useful techniques and another way of approaching football trading.
And it has done all of those things.
But what I’ve enjoyed most is having a proper plan for my goal trading, finding opportunities in matches I previously wouldn’t have considered and experiencing some of those lovely moments when the goals arrive and everything starts falling into place.
And this leads me on to the first interesting mention…
I’m Finding Qualifying Matches Everywhere!
One of the biggest surprises has been just how many potential qualifying matches I’m finding for the MoneyGoal systems.
Before Goal Mastery, I was probably guilty of sticking to the same football leagues and competitions. The Premier League, Championship, Champions League and a few of the bigger European leagues were generally where I spent most of my time.
There’s nothing particularly wrong with that, of course.
But once I started applying the MoneyGoal qualification criteria, I realised there were opportunities to investigate in all sorts of competitions.
I’ve found myself looking at matches in the Saudi Pro League, for example. That’s not a league I’d previously spent much time considering for my football trading, but there have been fixtures that fitted the criteria I was looking for.
I’ve even found myself trading the women’s football and, a couple of years ago, I certainly wouldn’t have expected to be sitting down and analysing goal markets in women’s leagues, but here we are!
If the data is available (and the liquidity) then why not? Doesn’t matter the teams, just matters about the goals.
And you know what? I’m really enjoying it.
Obviously, I’m not just picking any random match because I fancy seeing a few goals. I am strictly following everything from the “Entry Points” module, which was an unbelievably helpful bit of info for me.
But that’s part of the appeal. You’re not completely dependent on finding opportunities in the same handful of well-known leagues every weekend.
I can open the fixtures, work through the matches and see what fits.
And there’s something quite satisfying about finding a suitable match in a competition you wouldn’t normally follow, getting your positions set up and then watching it produce the goals you were hoping for.
In some ways, those winners feel even better than the ones in the bigger leagues!
It’s a strange feeling when you suddenly find yourself celebrating a goal in the Saudi League and for the final 20 minutes of a match you are cheering on Al-Hilal!
But that’s what football trading does to you, I suppose.
The main thing is that I’m seeing a much wider range of opportunities than I did before, and that has made the whole process of finding matches more interesting.
This being said, I still struggled during the International break!!

My First Proper MoneyGoal Trading Session
One thing I was particularly keen to try was putting several MoneyGoal trades together into a proper trading session.
I’d watched the complete trading-session videos and liked the idea of sitting down for a couple of hours, selecting my matches and concentrating on the overall result rather than becoming too concerned about one individual trade.
So I decided to give it a go.
For my first session, I kept things fairly manageable and selected four matches.
Nothing too ambitious. I didn’t particularly fancy having eight different matches open while I was still getting used to everything!
As the afternoon developed, some matches went well and others didn’t.
Nothing unusual there!
When it was all finished, I’d had two winning trades and two losing trades.
And I’d made a modest overall profit.
It wasn’t exactly an afternoon that would allow me to retire early, but I was absolutely delighted with it.
Not really because of the amount I’d won, but because I’d managed to put together my first proper session, followed the trading methods and finished ahead despite half my trades losing.
I remember looking over the results afterwards and thinking that I’d actually quite enjoyed the whole process.
There were goals, there were a few frustrating moments, there were decisions to make and there was a bit of profit at the end of it. A very pleasant way to spend an afternoon watching football, if you ask me.
And it led me onto what has probably become my favourite thing about the MoneyGoal approach.
The Risk-Reward Is What Really Appeals to Me
If there’s one thing that has changed how I think about trading the Over/Under markets, it’s the relationship between what I can potentially lose on a trade and what I might make when things go well.
Previously, I sometimes felt like I was working hard to build up a few winning trades, only for one bad match to take a horrible chunk out of the profits.
I’m sure plenty of football traders will know that feeling.
You have a decent afternoon, everything seems to be going nicely, and then you get involved in a match where the expected goals don’t arrive.
Suddenly you’re looking at a loss that wipes out much of the good work you’ve just done.
Very frustrating.
What I’ve enjoyed about Goal Mastery is the emphasis on managing that downside while keeping opportunities for larger profits when the goals do arrive. The recovery and loss-mitigation techniques are useful here, but so is the whole approach of trading different goal markets together.
You’re not simply looking for a goal and hoping to take a little profit.
You’re considering how each position affects your overall risk and what you can do as the match develops.
In some situations, you can reduce your exposure when a match isn’t going well. In others, goals arriving at the right times can create opportunities for returns that are considerably larger than the losses you’re typically trying to contain.
And that makes a big difference to how I feel about individual losing trades.
I don’t need every match to be a winner. If I can keep my losing trades under control, the next successful MoneyGoal trade might be enough to recover that loss and still leave me ahead.
Of course, that doesn’t happen automatically. A poorly managed trade can still produce a substantial loss, and the bigger winners aren’t guaranteed.
But the important thing for me is that I’m no longer looking at every losing result as a disaster.
It has also helped me become a bit more relaxed during matches. I still want every trade to work, naturally, but I understand that taking losses is part of the process.
The aim is to manage them sensibly and make the most of the matches that do go well.
And when you get into one of those profitable MoneyGoal positions, that’s when things become particularly enjoyable.
That Feeling When You Reach the MoneyGoal
I think you’d struggle to find a football trader who doesn’t enjoy seeing goals fly in when they’ve got a position running.
It’s probably why so many of us are attracted to the Over/Under markets in the first place.
But the MoneyGoal systems introduce a slightly different feeling.
As the goals arrive, you’re working towards securing a profit across your combined positions while reducing the remaining risk.
When you manage to reach that stage where all the remaining liabilities have been covered, it’s a lovely position to be in.
You’ve already secured your profit. You don’t need to worry about that match turning into a loser, provided you’ve left the overall position properly covered.
But you’ve potentially still got something running in the higher goal markets.
So now you’re watching the match hoping for more goals, not because you need them to avoid a loss, but because they could increase the profit you’ve already secured.
I really like that distinction.
Instead of sitting there nervously wondering whether to cash out, you can enjoy watching the rest of the match unfold.
And if another goal goes in, lovely!
Another one after that? Even better.
That’s when I find myself getting properly involved in matches I otherwise wouldn’t have cared about.
I know it’s still trading, and there’s a serious side to managing your money correctly, but there’s no reason you can’t enjoy it at the same time.
We’re watching football, after all.
And surely we all love goals!

Thursday Evenings Have Become My Favourite
This is another thing that’s changed over the last few weeks.
I used to think of Saturday afternoons as the main event for football trading.
And I still enjoy a busy Saturday, of course.
But lately I’ve really started looking forward to Thursdays.
With the Europa League and Conference League fixtures, you’ve got matches taking place all over Europe, often with a wide range of teams and plenty of different goal-market opportunities to examine.
It’s brilliant.
Some nights you get matches that produce goals all over the place, and it can be tremendous fun watching the scores change. And there’s one sound that’s become particularly enjoyable in our house.
That Flashscore goal notification!
Anyone who uses Flashscore will know the one I mean.
You’re sitting there watching a match, keeping an eye on a couple of others, and suddenly you hear that familiar cheer.
Goal!
Straight away you’re checking which match it’s come from and what it’s done to your positions.
And when you’re already in a profitable MoneyGoal position, hearing that sound can be particularly satisfying.
Another goal means there’s a chance your profit has just increased.
I know it probably sounds a little childish, but I absolutely love it.
There are Thursday evenings now when I find myself following matches involving teams I’d barely heard of a month earlier, and I’m enjoying them every bit as much as some of the bigger fixtures.
Not every game produces a trade, and not every trade works out, but I genuinely look forward to those evenings.
It’s become one of my favourite parts of the week.
The Three Late Goals I Wasn’t Even Watching!
There was another little moment recently that probably sums up why I’ve been enjoying Goal Mastery and trading goals so much.
I’d been trading a match and had managed to set up some free-bet positions in the goal markets.
Anyway, the match was taking its time.
By around the 80th minute, there hadn’t been much happening and I wasn’t really expecting anything particularly exciting.
Because I’d already secured the positions, I decided to head out as the dog needed walking.
Headed out and I’d more or less forgotten about the match.
Then my phone started going off.
Flashscore notification.
Goal.
Then another one.
And another!
I remember picking up my phone thinking, what on earth is going on here?
It turned out the match had suddenly come to life in the closing stages, with three late goals.
I checked my positions and realised the remaining free bets had all landed.
Lovely!
It wasn’t a huge amount of money, and I’m certainly not claiming this was some incredible trading achievement.
I’d already done the work setting up the positions, and the match just happened to produce the goals late on.
But I must admit, it was an incredibly satisfying little surprise.
There I was, not even watching the match anymore, and suddenly those phone notifications were telling me that the goals had arrived and my profits had increased.
Normally, seeing several notifications from your phone might make you think there was a fire somewhere.
This time it was all good news.
I think that was one of my favourite moments of the last few weeks.
Not because of the money involved, but because I’d managed to structure the trade in a way that allowed me to benefit from something happening later without needing to sit there watching every minute.
That’s a very nice feeling.

I’m Enjoying Having a Proper Trading Routine
Something else I’ve noticed after the past few weeks is that I’m becoming much more organised with my trading..
Some days there are plenty of qualifying matches. Other days I might only find one or two that I’m particularly interested in.
I also know EXACTLY what I am looking for and this has helped me avoid getting involved with a few duds that would have otherwise tripped me up.
I’m also getting more comfortable with taking a losing trade and moving on rather than spending the rest of the afternoon trying to get the money back.
The loss-mitigation training has been useful, but just as important is understanding when to leave a match alone.
I think having that structure has made trading more enjoyable for me.
When I sit down to trade now, I’ve usually got a clearer idea of what I’m looking for and what I’m going to do in different situations.
Of course, football will always throw up surprises. That’s part of what makes it interesting.
But having a plan means I’m not constantly making things up as I go along.
And when everything does fall into place, there’s a real sense of satisfaction in knowing you’ve followed the system and managed the positions properly.
It’s a different feeling from simply getting lucky with a goal.

Four Weeks In – My Thoughts So Far
I should say that four weeks is still a relatively short period when it comes to evaluating a trading system.
I’ve had winning trades, losing trades and some very enjoyable sessions, but I’ll need to keep proper records over a much longer period before making any claims about how profitable Goal Mastery will be for me.
And I’m certainly not winning every match.
Far from it!
There have been frustrating games where the goals haven’t arrived, and there are still techniques I’m getting more comfortable with.
But I’m pleased with how things have progressed.
The biggest change is probably my attitude towards trading.
I’m finding more potential opportunities, I’m interested in leagues I previously ignored, and I feel much more organised when I sit down for a session.
I’ve also started looking at the relationship between winning and losing trades differently.
That first session of four matches, with two wins and two losses, was a real confidence boost because it showed me how a profitable session doesn’t necessarily require every selection to go well.
And reaching those MoneyGoal positions where the downside has been covered and further goals can add to the profit is a particularly satisfying part of the experience.
But for someone who already loves football and enjoys trading it, Goal Mastery has given me plenty of new things to look forward to.
Would I Recommend Goal Mastery?
Based on my first four weeks, I’d certainly recommend taking a look if you’re already familiar with football trading and particularly enjoy the Over/Under markets.
I think the biggest attraction is the way the program encourages you to look beyond individual trades and consider your overall risk and potential returns.
Having a losing trade doesn’t necessarily mean you’ve ruined your session, and when a match develops well, there can be opportunities for considerably larger profits.
You do need to understand how the different positions work, though, and I’d recommend taking your time with the training rather than trying to learn every system immediately.
For me, the MoneyGoal approach has made football trading feel more structured, but also more enjoyable.
I’m genuinely looking forward to the next few weeks, particularly those evenings with European matches taking place everywhere.
If I can sit down, find a few suitable fixtures, manage my trades properly and finish with a modest profit, I’m more than happy.
And if I happen to get a few of those lovely Flashscore notifications telling me that more goals have arrived after I’ve already secured my profit?
Well, that’s just the icing on the cake!
Cheers, and happy trading!
